The One New Change shopping Mall development was an exposed steel frame construction. Earnshaw Engineering were commissioned by our customer to cloak the structural framework using mirror polished stainless steel sheeting to create a modern and aesthetically pleasing shopping experience.

The floor and ceiling steelwork sections were covered with 2 part beam casings acoustically insulated at our manufacturing facility. Main support columns rising 14 metres were clad in a galvanised steel supporting framework and over-clad with flat profiled sheeting on a hook-on secret fixing.

Triangulated ceiling panels were bonded at the cruciform junction of the walkways producing amazing reflective vistas of St Pauls Cathedral and surrounding areas.
